One year during Christmas, Show was busy promoting in Hong Kong, so he didn't have time to spend it with his girlfriend. His mother reminded him that "Love! Is when you are willing to use your efforts and plan a surprise that the other would never think of!"
That day, Show asked his company for an early leave so that he could return to Taipei on Christmas. As planned, Lo Mama had a Santa suit ready, so Show dressed as Santa Claus. He stood on a street that his girlfriend would pass by and handed out presents to the children. When his girlfriend appeared, Show took out the biggest present of all and screamed "Merry X'mas!"
His girlfriend stood in shock and cried saying "Weren't you suppose to be in Hong Kong..." Show says that this was his most romantic Christmas.
